The Project Details

County Gutters were entrusted with a bespoke guttering project for a prominent property in Sandbanks, Poole, which had once been the holiday home of outdoor retailer Oswald Bailey. The house, a notable piece of architecture, was being restored to its former glory, including the addition of a stunning blue glazed tiled roof. The renovation required the installation of PPC aluminium fascia, soffit, and a box gutter system with a unique double radius to match the property's distinct architectural style. This bespoke solution was designed to seamlessly integrate with the building's elegant aesthetic, offering both function and beauty.

The project presented several challenges, particularly due to the complex design of the double-radius gutter system that had to be custom-made to fit the property’s distinctive features.
