County Gutters has recently completed the installation of PPC cast collar aluminium rainwater goods on a prestigious luxury development in Virginia Water.

With the development now complete, the finished rainwater system forms an important part of the exterior detailing, combining effective rainwater management with an appearance suited to the high specification of the properties.

PPC cast collar aluminium was chosen for the project, providing the traditional detailing associated with cast rainwater systems alongside the durability and practical benefits of modern aluminium. The cast collar design gives the system a distinctive, high-quality appearance, helping the guttering and downpipes complement the architectural detailing across the development.

The PPC – or polyester powder-coated – finish provides a durable and consistent surface designed to withstand exposure to the elements while requiring relatively little ongoing maintenance. This makes powder-coated aluminium particularly well suited to high-quality residential developments where both appearance and longevity are important considerations.
