The Story: Bespoke Radius Box Gutter Installed Around Stone Window in Hamble

County Gutters has recently completed a specialist guttering installation in Hamble, creating a bespoke radius box gutter designed to follow the curved profile of a stone window.

Architectural features such as curved windows and detailed stonework can present particular challenges when it comes to rainwater management. Standard straight guttering would not have been suitable for this application, so a purpose-made radius box gutter was required to provide both an effective drainage solution and a finish that complemented the existing stonework.

The box gutter was carefully formed to follow the radius of the window, ensuring it sat neatly around the curved architectural detail. A spigot outlet was also incorporated into the gutter, providing a dedicated discharge point and allowing rainwater to flow efficiently into the property's drainage system.

Precision was particularly important on this installation. Accurate measurements and careful fabrication were required to achieve the correct radius and ensure the finished gutter followed the shape of the stone window as closely as possible.

The completed installation provides an effective rainwater solution without compromising the appearance of this distinctive feature of the property.
