The Project Details

County Gutters was commissioned to design and install a durable rainwater system for Azalea’s at Compton Acres, Poole, Dorset, on behalf of McCarthy & Stone. The project required a robust yet visually appealing solution, leading to the installation of 150mm Lindab galvanised guttering. This system was chosen for its strength, longevity, and ability to complement the building’s aesthetic while providing excellent weather resistance.

A key challenge of this installation was the need for bespoke side rafter brackets to ensure the guttering system functioned correctly and integrated seamlessly with the property’s structure. County Gutters designed and fabricated custom brackets to support the Lindab system, ensuring it was securely fixed and optimally positioned for effective water management. This tailored approach demonstrated our expertise in providing bespoke solutions, ensuring McCarthy & Stone received a high-quality, long-lasting guttering system.
