Given the client’s desire for a modern, clean finish, all fascia, soffits, and gutters were crafted from high-quality Trueline PPC aluminium products, coated with a marine-grade anthracite powder coat (RAL 7016) to withstand the salty coastal air and weathering.

The team’s solution included the installation of seamless aluminium components, such as a 100mm x 75mm joggle joint box gutter, ensuring an uninterrupted flow of rainwater while maintaining the extension’s sharp, modern look. The integration of aluminium-clad steel supporting posts further complemented the property’s design.
