County Gutters was approached to assist with the restoration of a historically significant property in Sandbanks, Poole, Dorset. Originally a holiday home of Oswald Bailey, the founder of the popular outdoor outlet store, the house had strong ties to the local community and was of great interest to the council. As such, the renovation required careful attention to detail, ensuring the property was restored to its former glory while maintaining its architectural integrity, especially given its Art Deco influences.
After several design discussions, the client chose a marine-grade Trueline fascia and soffit system paired with a Legion box gutter, which provided a perfect blend of durability and style. The system was ideal for this prestigious restoration project, offering longevity and aesthetic appeal, while being able to withstand the coastal environment.
